Very well done, guys, we are in the final! This has already gone beyond my expection. What else can I say except thanks for everyone's hard work and consistent effort. It's still the teamwork which put us through to the final of the SUCFA CUP. We are united from the very early stage of our first match in this season to the last minute of the penalty shoot out in today's semi-final. Undoubtedly the success was firmly underpinned by our best defendence out of the eight teams. The evidence is that we were only scored ONE goal through the eight games so far. The defendence of OMU now can be proudly announced most strong and reliable. And we are confident to face and handle any challenge in the final.
Another point that secured our win today was the right strategy. We know our opponent's strengths and ours as well. So with paying more attention on the defendence than strike, and getting more support from middle field, we did really well to defend. Their strikers were really skillful and energetic, but just could not get a goal. When there were chances, we moved forward stoutly to give pressure and try to score. We let away the control of the match, but didn't mess up our steps. This was proved the wise strategy for us against stronger rivals. Lastly, thanks for the great performance from our rival - KuangSheJingYing, a respectable team with most players from Hong Kong. They could have won us today if they got a bit better luck. But this is football. It's round and anything could happen.
